Join us this December for an ‘Evening of Festive Fun’ !

This fundraiser is aid of subsidising therapy session costs for clients who are in financial hardship and to help with the running costs of the charity.

The event will take place on Saturday 6th December, 4-7pm, at the Jubilee Room within the Frank Hutchings Community Hall, Thatcham, RG18 4QH.

Entry tickets

£15 per person and includes: 8 games of Bingo and a hot drink.

£7.50 per person and includes: 4 games of Bingo a hot drink.

Raffle tickets

Sold separately and cost £1 each.

Pre-booking is essential. Please pop into the Centre or call when you’re ready to book your attendance.

📍 Location information

  • Please proceed to use the car park directly outside the Frank Hutchings Community Hall. Spaces are limited. Parking is free.

    If these spaces are full, we have permission to use parking at the local Co-op, iCollege and The Mill House.

  • There are 4 Blue Badge parking bays directly outside the Frank Hutchings Community Hall.

    The car park and the route to the community hall is flat, with a gentle incline toward the main entrance depending on where you park.

    Access to the hall is through a motorised door, with an ‘open’ button to the right of the exterior door. Inside the hall, there is a button to the left of the door as you leave.

    Inside the hall it is fully step-free with doorways wide enough to allow wheelchairs and mobility scooters through.

    There are male and female toilets available. There is also a dedicated disabled toilet directly outside the entrance to WBTC; a RADAR key is not required for access.
